Refundable Security Deposit Amount

There will be a $500 refundable security deposit added to your bill. Should there be no damages done to the building during your simcha, you will receive the refund approximately 2 weeks after your event.

Note: The non-refundable deposit is due within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the date you receive your statement (the "Hold Period") and is equal to 50% of the Rental Total. Pricing for the rental of the Social Hall can be found on our website. The Renter agrees that if BMOB has not received the Non-Refundable Deposit prior to the expiration of the Hold Period, BMOB reserves the right, at any time, to cancel the Renter's Rental of the Facilities as the requested date and time without further notice to the Renter. Subsequent to the expiration of the Hold Period, upon BMOB's receipt of the Non-Refundable Deposit, if the requested date and time remains available, BMOB may, in its sole discretion, honor the original requested date and time and confirm the Renter's Rental. Notwithstanding anything previously stated herein, a Renter who is only reserving the use of a minyan shall be requested to pay a $250 refundable deposit, which shall be refunded to the Renter after use of such minyan.
